| If you want me all you have to do Is ask a thousand questions Triplicate and file under "Simple things you ask to make a young boy sigh"

| I think Tokyo is an emblem of the soul-crushing self-imposed isolation of men, a symbol of our endless search for meaning in a world crazy about progress. I also think Tokyo is the epitome of quiet culture and finding yourself amidst the polite yet harsh whispers of the world. What am I trying to suggest? Something about the duality of men I suppose, "the Jungian thing".

| There is a short story by Neil Gaiman about hell and the story is called other people and its basically about how when you die you go to this room where another person who is at first unrecognizably inhuman tortures you with whips and sharp metal objects for about a thousand years and later goes on to torturing you mentally with every last painful and shameful memory you had while on earth and eventually after an indiscernibly long period of time you find yourself alone in that room and another person arrives and you realize exactly what you're suppose to do. (which is to take over the role of torturer)
and now I am off to look for a quiet place outside of home to watch full metal jacket on my new portable dvd/vcd player!
